Return Policy:
1. Eligibility & Timelines:
Request Window: Return requests must reach us either through call, chat or email within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Mandatory Approval: Returns are only accepted with prior team approval. Items sent back without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Deadline: Once approved, the return must be dispatched to our center within 7 days.
Condition Verification: To receive approval, you must provide clear digital photographs of the product along with its original tags.
2. Refund Rules & Deductions:
Refunds are finalized only after the original item is received and passes a quality inspection at our return center.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Error): A full refund of the product cost will be issued.
Change of Mind: Returns will incur a 10% deduction of the product cost plus applicable shipping charges.
Customer Selection Error: Returns for incorrect size selection by the customer are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Custom-Made & Altered Items: Once a product is approved for alteration and the process is completed, it becomes strictly ineligible for return or refund. Custom-made items (e.g., saree fall/edging, blouse stitching) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
3. Payment & Shipping Details:
Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided as Store Credit.
Refund Limit: Total refunds are strictly capped at the original product cost. We do not issue refunds exceeding the product value.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using your local postal service.
4. Service Fees & Credits
Costs related to alterations, customs duties, return shipping are non-refundable in cash. In cases where we are at fault, the following reimbursement rules apply:
Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error, shipping costs will be reimbursed via Store Credit. To process this, you must provide a valid return shipping receipt.
Alteration Credits: If a product requires alteration due to our error, reimbursement is capped at 15% of the product cost or INR 500 (whichever is lower). This is issued as Store Credit and requires a formal alteration receipt for processing.
5. Finality of Altered Items
No Returns on Altered Goods: Once a product has been approved for alteration and the service is completed, it is strictly ineligible for return or refund. Once an item is altered, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances.
